The MediCenter is a full service family practice/urgent care/occupational medicine clinic located south of A little about the MediCenter:
The MediCenter has been serving the Kenai Area for 18 years. We do regular
family practice (manage DM, HTN, Cholest, etc) with an emphasis on preventive medicine,
take care of minor trauma, and handle large company accounts with our occupational
medicine services. Salary and Benefits: We are offering 94k - 108k base salary DOE. Typically, we at the MediCenter start PAs/NPs with a high minimum guarantee that is very competitive with the Alaskan workforce and transition them to percentage as their patient base is built. This percentage is based upon patient receipts, and most providers are thrilled to be on percentage at the time of switching. It is an opportunity with incredible earning potential as well as a chance to really influence the lives of others. We also offer three weeks paid vacation, health insurance, life insurance, and have a CME reimbursement program. We are also willing to consider working with Pas/NPs on Education Repayment Programs and moving expenses.
The provider will work with a team
that consists of another NP/PA provider, a RN, several LPN's, a Pharmacy Tech,
and a Medical Support Assistant. Military personnel are treated at this
facility. Typical Aid Station work hours are 7am - 4pm including a one hour
non-paid break. Weekend work hours may be necessary during periods of scheduled
annual training for military personnel. No on-call services required and
overtime/holiday work hours may be necessary.
