Orthopaedic Group seeks a full-time Physician Assistant.  The position is a combination of OR and Clinic and has minimal weekend call (if any).  The new PA will work directly with an Orthopaedic Surgeon that has a high volume orthopaedic practice.  Responsibilities include:  patient evaluations and education, removing casts and pins, consultation, ordering and reviewing lab tests, writing scripts, rounds, injections and first assists.  The new PA will have the opportunity to run a clinic.  Successful candidate should be NCCPA-certified.  All new graduates that have a strong desire for orthopaedics will be strongly considered for this position. 

The new PA will be employed by the Orthopaedic Group and will have a very strong benefits package.  Compensation is $80k to $95k for a 40 hour work week.  The position is located in an upscale suburb of Atlanta.  Also, this group would prefer local candidates.  Please send your resume to the attention of  Fred Perlman to: e.perlman@gte.net.
