Successful candidate is self-motivated, independent thinker, confident and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.  This group prefers an experienced Ortho PA, but will train an entry level PA.  The entry level PA must have completed, at a minimum, at least one ortho rotation.  It would be a plus if the new PA has previous experience in any of the following areas: Athletic Trainer, Ortho Tech., Ortho PA or Surgical PA.  The community offers excellent schools, affordable housing, regional airports, several colleges, and a lot of culture and history.  The location has great all season weather (average temperature of 65 degrees!) and is a nice place to raise a family.

Physician Assistant, 32 hours per week, Kaiser Permanente, 

Kaiser Permanente Fremont Medical Center, Fremont, CA is seeking a Physician Assistant for Orthopedic Medicine. This position is a benefitted, 32 hour per week position, rotating between clinic and surgery. A B.A./B.S. degree and graduation from an accrediated P.A. program is required. Duties include 1st assist in surgery and to perform minor procedures in the operating room. Also sees patients in the clinic for pre and post operative assessment and care.

2 Cardiovascular Surgery Physician Assistants needed for an outstanding group of Cardiovascular Surgeons located in Orlando, FL.  Duties include vein harvesting, 1st & 2nd assist in surgery and on-call and rounds with physician.  Looking for someone trained in Cardiovascular Surgery, preferably 5 years. 

Full benefits w/ dental being optional. 20 days vacation guaranteed with the potential of 35. 
$105-$120 total a year. Production bonus as well. 
CME $2,000/yr.

One to two years experience required, preferably in the field of neurosurgery, neurology, or radiology.  The practice is looking to add an additional PA who will assist in brain aneurysm treatment, stroke and spine care involving minimally invasive techniques.  PA will have patient care and clinical responsibilities.  Call is required.  The practice uses a team approach to treating complex cerebrovascular disease.
