The new Physician Assistant will work directly with a "Sports" Ortho. The PA will have the opportunity to work with local high schools and colleges, run sports clinics and go to football games. The new PA will also provide H&P's, surgical first assist, casting, patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting. The PA will practice 80% sports and handle up to 50% first assist! Minimal call coverage of three days per month and no weekends! Successful candidate is self-motivated, independent thinker, confident and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The new PA must have previous experience in any of the following areas: Athletic Trainer, Ortho Tech., Ortho PA or Surgical PA.
