The Arcadia University Physician Assistant Program is now accepting applications for a Clinical Coordinator/Assistant Professor.  This is an additional faculty line created through program expansion.  This faculty member will work in collaboration with the Program Director, Medical Director and three other clinical coordinators to insure quality instruction in the clinical phase of the Program.  This position offers a combination of scheduling and coordination of clinical rotations, classroom teaching, clinical lab instruction, clinical site visits, research and the opportunity for clinical practice.

Arcadia University located in suburban Philadelphia is currently celebrating it's 153rd anniversary.  For the seventh consecutive year, U.S. News & World Report has placed Arcadia in the top tier among Regional Universities in the North.  The Arcadia PA Program started in 1996 as a Master's level program.  The Program offers 2-year and 3-year tracks with an option for a dual degree in Public Health or Health Education.  Arcadia University is widely recognized as a leader in international studies, with students in the PA Program having completed rotations in fifteen different countries.  Students have consistently done well on their national boards, scoring among the top ten percent of programs in the country.  There is extensive use of technology in the Program with the incorporation of a wireless Internet system and all students receiving a laptop computer.

The successful candidate will have current PA national certification and an earned master's degree; a doctoral degree or the willingness to pursue one is preferred.  In addition, a combination of five years of clinical and/or teaching experience is also required.  This is full-time, 12-month faculty position with salary and rank commensurate with qualifications.

Job Description Multi-Specialty Group seeks to add a Physician Assistant for its' busy gastroenterology practice.  This is a hospital based opportunity joining two fulltime PA's.

The Adult Oncology/Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Program Physician Assistant is responsible for assisting the Program attending physicians in the medical management of oncology and HSCT patients and patients admitted for elective chemotherapy. 

The PA has expert knowledge of hematology oncology including hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Incorporating knowledge of general internal medicine and medical complications unique to hematology oncology and transplantation medicine will be emphasized. In addition, the PA works closely with the physician and nursing staff in developing and coordinating a plan of care designed to meet the physical, psychological and social needs of patients and their families. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are required. The Mission, Vision and Core Values of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute are incorporated into all areas of practice. 

Graduate of AAPA/NCCPA accredited Physician Assistant Studies Program. Holds NCCPA Board certification. Licensure as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience.
