Job Description Large and Well-established Orthopaedic Group seeks to add a full-time Physician Assistant. The new PA will split their time supporting an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a Trauma Fellowship and a General Orthopaedic surgeon. The new PA will handle 50% Trauma cases and the balance will be general Orthopaedic cases. The new PA will have the following responsibilities:
Successful candidate should be NCCPA-certified. Previous Orthopaedic/surgical/trauma experience is preferred. Will train new graduate! The location is a medium size city that is within 90 minutes from Chicago. The new PA must be effective in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. Of course the new PA must have excellent interpersonal skills and have a great work ethic. The location offers reasonable cost of living, has universities, regional airport and provides access to Chicago. Salary starts at $65k (new graduate) and is open for experience.
