Maine - Family Practice/Urgent Care 

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a family practice clinic in central Maine. Will consider an Experienced Provider or New Graduate. 3 other providers on site (2 docs, 1 NP). Schedule will be M-F, day shift (can either work 5-8 hr days or 4-10 hr days). Facilities like new. Supportive staff are PA friendly. Compensation will be $70-90k plus a comprehensive benefit package including 23 days PTO and one wk paid CME. Extremely generous relocation allowance and separate sign-on bonus up to $10k. Maine is known for its scenery — its jagged, mostly rocky coastline, its low, rolling mountains, and its heavily forested interior — as well as for its seafood cuisine, especially lobsters and clams. National Jewish Medical and Research Center located in Denver, Colorado is looking for an NP to work as an integral member of our Pulmonary Program at our main location and National Jewish East Denver which is located next to Rose Medical Center. Provide patient care, regular health assessments, diagnosis, and management of common acute and chronic stable conditions.? Formulate plans that include treatment, psychosocial support, health education and counseling. Collaborate with other health professionals in assessing and managing health care problems, to maintain continuity of care and to coordinate community services. Contribute to the development, maintenance, evaluation, and change of the health care delivery system. 

EVIDENCE OF QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:(1) Completion of a nationally accredited graduate level university educational program for Nurse Practitioners (This is preferred over number "2"), or (2) successful completion of a national advanced practice certification examination. 

EXPERIENCE: Two (2) or more years of recent and related experience as a nurse practitioner.? 
- OR - Any equivalent combination of Education and Experience.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Current Colorado RN license, APN license, current CPR certification.
