Family Nurse Practitioner/Care Mobile Program Manager
Exciting opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide holistic
medical and preventive dental services to underserved community-based populations
in Worcester and surrounding towns. Looking for a positive, flexible, energetic
NP with a good sense of humor to join an experienced, dedicated team.
As Family NP/Manager, you will be responsible for planning, staffing,
and managing the Care Mobile Program providing activities and care for
patients within community schools and other organizations. You will
oversee staff providing services, while ensuring compliance with regulatory
agencies and hospital policies.
As Family Nurse Practitioner, you will also conduct comprehensive health
assessments to diagnosis and treat patients and promote wellness in accordance
with standards of practice.
The successful candidate must have completed an approved Nurse Practitioner
program with current Family Nurse Practitioner certification and licensure
in Massachusetts and 3-5 years of prior experience. Previous supervisory
experience is preferred.
A valid Massachusetts driver's license is also required.

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
