Day Treatment Program is an interdisciplinary client-centered program for
adults living with HIV/AIDS, mental illness, and chemical dependencies.
Our program has been in continuous operation for sixteen years. We
are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Essential Responsibilities:
Perform psychiatric assessments and formulate psychiatric diagnosis on
all new admissions
Prescribe medication and other therapeutic interventions indicated
by client presentation Develop and initiate mental health care plan in
coordination with interdisciplinary treatment team Participate in weekly
care plan meetings Perform quarterly reassessments for all clients receiving
psychiatric care

Medicine Physician, the midlevel practitioner will perform clinical services
including preplacement and periodic medical evaluations of work fitness
(physicals), immediate and ongoing care of work-injuries and illnesses,
and fitness for duty exams. Candidate needs experience with work injuries
in an urgent care, ER or walk-in clinic setting. Practitioner needs to
be confident suturing, splinting, treating sprains and minor fractures,
writing appropriate work restrictions, creating rapport with client companies,
communicating clearly with patients and employers.·Assesses the
patient upon admission. Elicits a personal medical history, performs and
