Position Qualifications:
•Valid state license as an RN and in advance practice.
•Valid state and national nurse practitioner certification in family
practice.
•Current CPR basic life support certification.
•Current ANCC, AANP certification or have received certification in
the practicing state prior to December 31, 2000.
•Minimum of eight (12) months of family nurse practitioner clinical
experience.
•Recent experience with pediatric patients (24 months and older).
•Meet and maintain all legal requirements per state and national statutes.
•Ability to complete training and utilize to the fullest capacity the
electronic medical record, tele-medicine and information systems.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
•Pleasant interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels
of consumers, associates and leadership.

The Regional Director Nurse Practitioner for our mini-clinics report
directly to the Chief Clinical Officer and is responsible for the leadership
of Nurse Practitioners in multi-sites for the Texas region. The Texas Regional
NP provides strong leadership by selecting, developing, and managing high-quality
professional Nurse Practitioners. The RDNP is responsible for aligning
NP’s with company goals, targets and timelines for their individual market
and site; ensuring performance commitments and results are achieved. The
RDNP will also direct overall Quality Assurance expectations and ongoing
educational needs within their region. You will coordinate staffing and
assign duties for approximately 20-40 Healthy Access Nurse Practitioners,
coordinate orientation of newly assigned personnel, plan/conduct on-the-job
training, maintain Infection Control/Safety standards and be committed
to providing and promoting patient-centered communication and care.
Qualifications:
• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with strong managerial experience
• Minimum 8+ years practicing and delivering high quality care
• Minimum 5+ years management/leadership experience within the healthcare
industry, multi-site management preferred
• Experience managing in a virtual environment preferred
• Recognized exceptional interpersonal skills and true collaborator
with nurse practitioners and physicians
• Knowledgeable regarding QA, OSHA,CLIA and Infection Control practices
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel approximately 35%-40% during market implementations
• Extensive knowledge in recruiting NPs; attracting and retaining
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, web based programs, specifically
with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
