follows: Hemodynamic Instability-Initiating and titrating inotropes and
pressors including but not limited to Dopamine, Dobutamine, Levophed, Milriwone,
Epinephrine, Neosynephrine, Pitressin, Nitroglycerin, Nipride, Labetolol,
Esmolol. Acute Ischemia-Ordering and Interpreting EKG¿s. Coordinate
with surgeons as to emergent therapy. All ischedmia in a post-operative
cardiac surgery patient in an urgent situation. Includes pharmacologic
therapy as well as placement of IABP as needed.
