The Director of ER / Emergency Room is responsible for providing leadership,
direction and support for the Emergency Center and assures the delivery
of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, implementing, reviewing
and controlling the budget, staffing, and Continuous Quality Improvement
Process.
This is a busy Emergency Room that receives 150 patients per day and
has 27 beds.
The ER Director oversees 68 FTEs with 3 Managers who report directly.

REQUIREMENTS Five years of progressive clinical and healthcare

Resort location in sunny New Mexico is seeking a Nurse Practitioner
to work multiple settings. This position will consist of 2 days Emergency
Medicine, 2 days family practice/urgent care and 1 day hospitalist work.
Call will be 1 in 5. These are day hours (no nights). Light sporadic trauma
in the ER. There are other mid-level providers presently on site working
a similar routine. Full benefit package including paid malpractice, health
insurance, vacation, CME time and expense allowance, and relocation assistance.
Salary will be up to 6 figures for someone with heavy experience (particularly
in emergency medicine). We will consider someone heavy and even someone
light with a minimal about of EM background as long as they want to learn.
Of course salary will adjust for lesser experience. This is a premier location

Southern Wisconsin.
The Nevins Group is conducting an exclusive search for a Palliative
Care Nurse Practitioner for a brand-new opening in Southern Wisconsin.
You will work with a well-regarded physician with a big personality who
is exceedingly generous, intelligent, and on-the-ball. A Nurse Practitioner
working with this doctor recently commented, "He is the most generous and
caring physician I've ever worked with." The culture of the organization
is very patient-oriented. The doctor is compassionate, the staff
is compassionate, and that's what we need in a new Nurse Practitioner.
You will be responsible for treating patients in a hospice/palliative
care program encompassing both inpatient and outpatient duties. The
work schedule is Monday through Friday, dayshift, and you will work probably
around 45-47 hours a week.
We are looking for an experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner
with a "hospice heart"; we are looking for a candidate who truly cares
about his or her palliative care patients. We seek a candidate with
strong organizational abilities and exceptional diplomatic skills.
Management experience is a plus, but is not necessary. You
will also need to have solid communications skills and be able to make
strong presentations.
The base salary is $65,000 to $80,000+, depending upon experience and
other factors. In addition, relocation assistance of up to $5,000+
will also be provided. There's also discretionary year-end bonus
$$, and a very generous retirement plan. All of the above is being
offered in an area with a comparatively-low cost-of-living.
