• He/she will possess at least a master's degree as a PA or in a related discipline. The DDE will have at least five years of clinical experience as a PA and a minimum of two years of PA education experience.
• He/she must have strong interpersonal abilities including written and spoken communication skills, problem-solving and critical decision-making abilities, and expertise in preparing and delivering lectures.
