The director of clinical resources will report directly to the dean of the School of PA Studies, with indirect reporting responsibilities to the program directors for the Boston and Manchester/Worcester programs. Travel among all three of the College's campuses and to local, national, and international clinical sites is required. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor. Position may be located at Boston, Worcester, or Manchester campus.

Philadelphia University’s Physician Assistant (PA) Studies Program is seeking an organized, energetic PA for the position of clinical coordinator. The clinical coordinator is responsible for oversight of the clinical training phase of the program including clinical site development, student assignment, coordination of clinical faculty, student site visitation, interfacing with clinical preceptors, student advising, and general supervision of the learning experience at clinical sites. This position will work closely with an assistant clinical coordinator and administrative staff, as well as our entire faculty team in the execution of duties related to our clinical education program.
This full-time, 12-month position also offers didactic teaching opportunities throughout the academic year and a clinical practice day each week.
Applicants must be a graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program, have NCCPA certification, and have the minimum of a master’s of science degree. The successful candidate will possess superior interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. They will also possess a strong knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software. Experience with the E*Value data management system is desirable, as well as previous experience as a faculty member, assistant clinical coordinator, or clinical coordinator.
Travel is required (most travel is local, but there is some travel to distant sites); the successful candidate must have a driver's license and car.
