We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or GNP) for a Geriatric Practice in the greater Minneapolis Minnesota area. Will consider experienced providers only, no new graduates. Previous geriatric experience preferred. Setting is several LTC facilities. 2 other providers on site. Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 5p. May work 4 – 10’s! High autonomy. EMR (Epic). Salary will be $86 – 110k+ with additional incentive could put your total salary at $118k. Comprehensive benefit package including 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision, retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus.
