This position will be based in Barron, Wisconsin, with some travel required to work in nearby Bloomer, Eau Claire and Osseo.

As ED Physician Assistant, you will have the autonomy and support you need to expertly perform medical interventions, order and interpret tests and prescribe appropriate medications. Physician Assistant candidates must have the following qualifications:
·    Two years of Emergency Department experience as Physician Assistant, the ability to practice in the state of Wisconsin with prescriptive authority, and eligibility for Allied Health privileges at Mayo Clinic Health System
·    Ability to perform life-saving procedures, including RSI, cricothyrotomy, chest tube insertion, central line insertion, venous cut-down, intra-osseous needle insertion, transtracheal needle ventilation, transcutaneous and/or transvenous pacing, difficult airway intubation and surgical airway
·    BLS, ACLS, CALS, ATLS and PALS
·    NRP, TNCC, ACLS-EP and C4 preferred
