Colorado Rural Health Clinic / ER Coverage Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner– Colorado (Experienced Providers Preferred—New /Recent Graduates considered with EMT/RN ER Background)

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a well respected critical access hospital in Colorado. The Provider would be working with three physicians and one Physician Assistant in a Rural Health Clinic as well as covering the Emergency Room. The Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with an estimated volume of 20+ patients per day in the clinic. The Provider would also cross cover in the ER with (very low volume of 120 patient encounters per month). The Provider must be able to function at a high level in an autonomous setting with physician back-up via phone, however the physicians do reside in the community and readily available. Salary negotiable for the right provider but the range is $60+ per hour, including medical, dental, retirement, CME, CME allowance and malpractice coverage. Arizona – Urgent Care – Loan Repayment - $$$

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a walk-in clinic in northern Arizona. Will consider an experienced provides only. Schedule will be M -F., 8a – 5p. Anticipated patient volume will be 20 – 25 ppd. Salary will be $70-85k base with an additional $30k+ incentives should put your salary at $100-115k+.
