We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an ED Fast track setting for a small general acute care hospital in Southwest, Texas. The ER/ Fast track is staffed by one Nurse Practitioner and one Physician Assistant and the volume would be about 12,000 patient encounters annually. The Provider would work a rotating 12 hour day shift (3 on / 4 off and 4 on / 3 off) and there is physician support on-site. The hospital prefers an experienced provider, but would consider a recent graduate with strong Emergency Medicine background as an RN or EMT. The Provider would receive a generous compensation ($55 per hour+ Depending Upon Experience ) and benefits package as well as full relocation and sign-on bonus. This location qualifies for Loan Repayment through the NHSC as it has a high HPSA and MUSA rating.
