   Provide triage, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and consultation for patients with acute and chronic pain syndromes in collaboration with MD.  You will be trained to perform minor-major muscle, joint injections, nerve blocks etc. Mostly outpatient and occasional but rare inpatient practice. Very light call responsibilities. 

  Wonderful environment with knowledgeable and supportive staff.  Health, vision and dental 100% for employee.  Annual profit sharing contribution by company.  Also 401K (self contribution), both available after one year.  Base salary $1000/week plus 10% incentive bonus based on collections, paid monthly.  The annual earning potential is between $80-90K. QUALIFICATIONS
Current Oregon physician assistant or nurse practitioner license. Recent grad Welcomed.  Must be willing to obtain ACLS certification.

Primary Health Care Group of Family Practice Physicians' seek a second fulltime Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.  The new PA/NP position will be a split between the Urgent Care and Family Practice Clinic.
